ORDER INFORMATION

A word about consistency -
    All of our original glaze designs are purposely made to vary in subtle ways from one another so that what you order is truly a one of a kind piece.  What you see on the site are true representations, but not exact duplicates of what you will receive. 

Each item is individually drawn and painted with multi-color glazes.  Details, such as number of flowers, leaves or insect type, may vary but the general themes are consistent.

Delivery time -
    Clay cannot be rushed.  Each piece must be slowly dried, and, for the best firing results, a kiln needs to be full when it is fired.  Therefore, rush orders can rarely be accommodated.  Many items are in stock.  We will notify if your order requires more than 1 week to ship.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation of custom pieces/ special requests.

Payment -
    We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Your card is charged in full when your order is shipped.

Shipping -
    All items are carefully inspected before shipping.  Please do not accept a package that appears to be damaged.  If you should find hidden damage, please repack as it was and call the shipping company (UPS or Fedex) immediately.  They will advise you how to file a claim.

    Our shopping cart will show your shipping cost before final checkout.   Minimum shipping charge is $5.00.
